משטרת ישראל פתחה הערב בחקירת נסיבות מקרה אלימות חמור שהתרחש בירושלים, בין בני זוג לשעבר, ועצרה את החשודה במעשה לחקירה.
בסביבות השעה 18:30 התקבל דיווח במוקד מד״א על אירוע אלימות בעיר. שוטרי תחנת מוריה ממחוז ירושלים הוזעקו למקום והחלו מיד בבדיקת נסיבות המקרה.
על פי גורמי הרפואה, מדובר בבני זוג לשעבר בשנות ה־40 לחייהם. כתוצאה מהאירוע נפצע הגבר באורח בינוני ופונה לקבלת טיפול רפואי בבית החולים.
במהלך הפעילות במקום, תפסו השוטרים את כלי התקיפה שאותר בדירה. החשודה נעצרה והועברה לחקירה בתחנת המשטרה.
חקירת המקרה נמצאת בראשיתה, ובמשטרה בודקים את הרקע לאירוע ואת נסיבותיו. בהתאם לממצאים, תיבחן הבאת החשודה לבית המשפט לדיון בהארכת מעצרה.
